As a customer of Usaid - office of transition initiatives (oti), I must say that my overall experience has been average. The company website (otijobs.net) is easy to navigate, but I found the application process to be a bit cumbersome. The rate of response from the company was also not very impressive. However, once my application was accepted, the onboarding process was smooth and I received all the necessary information in a timely manner. The training provided by the company was comprehensive and helped me perform my job effectively. I would recommend Usaid - office of transition initiatives (oti) to others, but with the caveat that they may experience some delays in the initial stages.
