I had a mixed experience participating in a clinical trial at the Massachusetts General Hospital Clinical Trials Network and Institute. While the staff was knowledgeable, I felt that they could have been more attentive and communicative. The trial itself was well-organized, but I would have appreciated more information about the potential risks and side effects. Overall, an average experience, but I believe there is room for improvement.
