I have been a customer of Synapcom for a few years now and I have to say, their service is average at best. While their website is user-friendly, their response time to inquiries is quite slow. I often find myself waiting for days to get a helpful response. However, their product quality is decent and their prices are competitive, which is why I continue to do business with them.
