I am a customer of Southeast Kansas Community Action Program and I must say that their services are average. They provide the necessary assistance to those in need, but there is definitely room for improvement. The staff is friendly and helpful, but sometimes it takes a long time to receive a response or get an appointment. Overall, I would say they are doing a decent job, but there is still room for growth. With some enhancements, they could be great!
