I had a mixed experience with European home shopping, s.l. The product I ordered was of good quality, but the delivery took longer than expected. The customer service was not very helpful in resolving the issue. However, I appreciate that they eventually resolved the problem and offered compensation. So, overall, it was an okay experience.
