I had a mixed experience with ICON Investments. While the quality of the products was great, the customer service left something to be desired. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was simple. However, when I had questions about my order, it took a while to get a response. Overall, I would still recommend ICON Investments for their products, but they could improve their customer service.
