I had a mixed experience with Sarir International....

I had a mixed experience with Sarir International. While I was impressed with the quality of their products, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were delays in getting responses to my queries and the overall communication was not as smooth as I expected. However, once the issues were addressed, the team made efforts to make things right. I believe there is potential for improvement in their customer service department.
