I visited Royal auto of Oneonta NY and had a disappointing experience. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and I felt like I was being rushed through the buying process. The car I wanted to test drive was not available, and they didn't offer any alternatives. I ended up going to another dealership where I received much better service.
