As a customer, I recently had an average experience with this textile company. The website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their products. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took quite some time to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative was not very helpful or friendly. The quality of the products I ordered was satisfactory, but not outstanding. The prices were competitive compared to other companies in the industry. Overall, my experience with this textile company was just average. While they have a decent website and offer competitive prices, their customer service could definitely use improvement. I would consider trying other options before making a purchase from them again.
