I recently took a cruise with Celebrity Cruises Middle East - Travel Matrix and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was good, but nothing exceptional. The food on board was decent, but not outstanding. The ship itself was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
