I have been a regular customer of Motivate me....it's a fitness thing for the past few years, and I have to say that the experience has been average. The trainers are knowledgeable and helpful, but I feel like the workout routines could be more challenging. Overall, it's a good place to maintain fitness, but not the best if you're looking to push yourself to the next level.
