I had an overall average experience with Swirl technologies. The website was easy to navigate and the products were alright. However, I think they could improve on their customer service. It took a while for them to respond to my queries and their responses were not very helpful. The delivery was also delayed, which was a bit frustrating. I hope they work on these areas to provide a better experience to their customers.
