I have been using Postlounge services for a while now and I must say that their service is average. While they deliver the packages on time, their customer support often lacks efficiency. There have been instances where my queries were not handled properly, and it took longer than expected to resolve the issues. Overall, Postlounge is just an average company in terms of service.
