I recently availed the logistics services of a company for my business needs. The overall experience was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The rates offered were reasonable, and the delivery was on time. However, there were a few minor issues with communication and tracking. The website could also use some improvements. Despite these drawbacks, I would consider using their services again if they address these issues.
