I had an average experience using bbr.co.id for my shipping needs. While the delivery of my package was on time and the rates offered were acceptable, I encountered some difficulties with their website. The user interface could be improved for a more user-friendly experience. However, the customer support team was helpful and addressed my concerns. Overall, I would consider using PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya, Tbk again, but I hope to see improvements in their website.
