I am very satisfied with my experience at the Blackwater Correctional Facility. The facility is well-maintained, the staff is professional and courteous, and the programs offered to the inmates are top-notch. I believe that the facility is helping to rehabilitate and prepare the inmates for reentry into society. The overall atmosphere is positive and conducive to personal growth and change. I highly recommend the facility to anyone in need of correctional services.
