I recently used the services of this company for an industrial hygiene assessment. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. However, I found the response time to be a bit slow, and I had to follow up multiple times to get updates on the progress of the assessment. The team was professional during the on-site visit, but I expected more detailed and personalized recommendations for our facility. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in communication and the level of detail provided in the assessment report.
