I had a mixed experience with The Sussex Flower Farm. While their flowers were of good quality, their customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed indifferent and unhelpful when I had a concern about my order. Their prices are also on the higher side compared to other florists in the area. I will likely explore other options in the future.
