I recently attended a yoga class at a local studio and had a fairly average experience. The instructor was knowledgeable, but the class felt a bit uninspired and lacked energy. The studio itself was pleasant, but nothing particularly stood out. The website was informative and easy to use. While it was an okay yoga experience, I may explore other options before returning to River Flow Yoga.
