I had a mixed experience with Etcetera lighting. Some of the products I purchased were of high quality, while others didn't meet my expectations. The customer service was helpful when I encountered an issue, but it took longer than I would have liked to get a resolution. Overall, I would say the company is decent, but there is room for improvement.
