I have had a mixed experience with Abrasive West LLC. The customer service was great, but the product quality was average. I found their website easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the abrasives I received were not as durable as I had hoped. I would recommend them for small projects, but for heavy-duty use, I would look elsewhere.
