I recently purchased a phone from phonewareinc.com and overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase. The phone itself is great, with all the features I was looking for. However, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, which was a bit frustrating. Nevertheless, the product itself is good.
