I had a mixed experience with Cruise Planners / American Express Travel. While the booking process was smooth and the staff was friendly, I was disappointed with the accommodations on my trip. The room was not as clean as I had expected and there were issues with the plumbing. However, the itinerary and activities organized by the company were fantastic and made up for some of the shortcomings. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
