I have used the language services of CTI - Communication Trend Italia multiple times in the past year. Overall, my experience has been satisfactory. While the quality of the translations has been good, there have been instances where the delivery time was longer than expected. However, the customer support team was always responsive and helpful. I hope to see improvements in terms of speed in the future.
