I recently purchased a wood and gas fired pizza oven from Il Forno and I have been absolutely blown away by its performance. The oven is incredibly versatile and allows me to cook a wide variety of dishes with ease. The pizzas that come out of this oven are next level. The crust is perfectly crisp and the toppings are always cooked to perfection. The build quality of the oven is also top-notch and it's clear that a lot of thought has gone into its design.
