I recently ordered some lighting fixtures from Midtown Electric Supply. The website was easy to navigate, and I found what I needed quickly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the shipping time. It took longer than expected for my order to arrive, and I had to follow up with customer service to get an update. 🤔 Additionally, the packaging could have been better, as one of the fixtures arrived slightly damaged. On the positive side, the quality of the products was good, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, it was an average experience, and I hope they can improve their shipping and packaging in the future.
