Tullett Prebon is an average company. I have been working here for a year and I can say that the overall experience has been okay. The work environment is decent and the management is fair. However, there are some areas that could be improved, such as communication between departments and employee recognition. Overall, it's not a bad place to work, but there is definitely room for improvement.
