My experience with Casaferias was a mix of good and bad. The website itself is easy to use and offers a decent number of vacation rentals to choose from. However, I had some issues with the booking process and had to contact customer support multiple times to resolve them. The response time was slow, which was frustrating. Nevertheless, once I arrived at the rental property, it was as described and I had a pleasant stay.
