🧘‍♀️ Practicing yoga at Ashtanga Yoga Shala is an amazing experience! The instructors are incredibly knowledgeable and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The classes are challenging yet enjoyable, and I always leave feeling refreshed and energized. The studio itself is beautiful and well-maintained, providing a tranquil space for practice. I can't recommend Ashtanga Yoga Shala enough! 🙏
