I have been a customer of Eureka, ccis for a while...

I have been a customer of Eureka, ccis for a while now and I must say they provide an average level of service. The website eureka.org is easy to navigate and find information about their services. However, there is room for improvement when it comes to their customer support. I have had a couple of issues that took longer to resolve than expected. Overall, I would rate them as average.
