I had an average experience with the Spotswood Volunteer Fire Department. While they responded promptly to the emergency situation, I expected a more professional approach. The firefighters seemed stressed and lacked proper communication. However, their dedication to serving the community is undeniable, and with some improvements, they have the potential to be excellent.
