I recently had the pleasure of visiting a Buddhist community in the highlands. The teachings and practices I encountered during my stay were enlightening and transformative. The community members were incredibly welcoming and supportive, creating an atmosphere of warmth and kindness. I left feeling inspired and with a greater understanding of myself and the world around me.
