I recently tried out a new music service and I have to say it was a complete letdown. The website was confusing and difficult to navigate. The music selection was limited and I couldn't find any of my favorite artists. The customer service was unhelpful and I didn't get a response to my inquiries. Overall, I would not recommend this music service.
