I recently had an average experience with this company. I booked a stay through their website for my trip to Mexico City. The website was user-friendly and it was easy to find the information and photos of the properties. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had some questions about the check-in process and it took a while to receive a response. When I finally got a reply, the information provided was not very helpful. During my stay, I also encountered a couple of maintenance issues in the apartment, and it took some time for them to address the problem. The apartment itself was decent, although it could have been cleaner. In terms of location, it was conveniently located near public transportation and attractions. Overall, my experience with this company was average.
