I had a mixed experience with Pmsa group of companies. Some aspects of their service were good, while others were not up to my expectations. Their website, pmsa.com, is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer support was lacking. I had difficulty reaching a representative and when I finally did, they were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
