I recently joined a sports club and had a mixed experience. The facilities were good, and the trainers were helpful. However, I feel like they could improve their communication. The website, upgradecursos.com.br, provided all the necessary information, but there were some lapses in terms of scheduling and updates. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
