I am a CUSTOMER and I have been using Explore logistics for a few months now. Overall, my experience with them has been average. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a good range of services available. However, I have encountered some issues with their customer service. There have been times when I had to wait a long time to speak to a representative and the communication was not always clear. I hope they can improve in this aspect.
