I recently bought a Santosbikes city bike and I couldn't be happier. The bike looks stylish, and it's comfortable to ride. The company's customer service was exceptional, promptly addressing all my concerns. The only improvement I would suggest is to include better instructions for bike assembly. Overall, I had a great experience with Santosbikes!
