Ergo experiential provided an average experience for our recent event. While they were able to successfully execute the event, we felt that there were certain areas where improvements could have been made. The communication could have been more proactive, and there were a few minor glitches during the event. However, the overall experience was satisfactory, and they were able to deliver what was promised. We appreciate their efforts but believe there is room for improvement.
