I have mixed feelings about On the Rise Artisan Breads. While their bread is generally good, I've had a couple of disappointing experiences. There were times when the bread was slightly undercooked, and it affected the overall taste and texture. However, when they get it right, their bread is amazing. It's just a matter of inconsistency that keeps me from rating them higher. Hopefully, they can address these issues and provide a more reliable product in the future.
