I had a mixed experience with Vanuatu Specialists. While their website was informative and easy to navigate, I found their customer service to be lacking. There were some delays in getting responses to my inquiries, and I felt they could have been more attentive. However, once the trip was booked, everything went smoothly and the accommodations were great.
