I had a below-average experience with a recruitment agency. The communication was poor, and it felt like they didn't put much effort into understanding my needs and job preferences. The job opportunities they presented me with were not a good fit, and it seemed like they were just trying to fill positions quickly without considering my qualifications. I wouldn't recommend this agency to others as there are better options available.
