As a CUSTOMER, I must say that my experience with the Pima County Sheriff’s Department has been average. The customer service provided by the department was satisfactory. However, there were some areas where improvement is needed. The response time to my query was a bit slow, which caused inconvenience. Overall, they are doing an okay job.
