ATD Northwest is an average company. It provides decent service, but nothing extraordinary. I have been a customer for a while now and while I don't have any major complaints, I can't say that I'm overly impressed either. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly, but the prices are slightly on the higher side. Overall, it's an okay experience.
