I recently used the services of a company based in India called Federal Global Services. I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, they delivered the project on time and within budget. The quality of their work was also satisfactory. However, I was not impressed with their communication. It was difficult to get updates on the progress of the project, and they did not provide detailed explanations when I had questions. Despite these issues, I am still considering using their services again in the future.
