I recently visited the dentist in hopes of improving my smile. Although the facilities were modern and clean, I found the overall experience to be just average. The staff seemed friendly, but not overly welcoming. The wait time was reasonable, but the reception area lacked any sort of entertainment to keep me occupied. The dental procedure itself was standard, nothing exceptional. The dentist was competent, but lacked a personal touch and didn't really take the time to address my concerns fully. The prices were on par with other dentists in the area, but I did not feel that I received exceptional value for my money. While I appreciate the convenience of online appointment booking, I left feeling somewhat underwhelmed. For those seeking routine dental care, Brush Family Dentistry may be suitable, but don't expect any outstanding experiences.
