I have been a customer of South Indian Bank for several years and I must say that my overall experience has been average. While their customer service is good, I have faced some issues with their online banking platform. The website is not very user-friendly and has a few glitches. However, their interest rates on deposits are quite competitive. Overall, I would rate them as an average bank.
