As a customer, I would rate the experience with this library/university combo as average. Navigation on the website was fairly easy, but I found the design and layout to be quite outdated. The information provided was helpful, although it lacked some depth and could be more comprehensive. The search function was functional but not the most user-friendly. The staff was friendly and willing to assist, but response times could be improved. The physical library itself was tidy and organized, but the selection of books and resources seemed limited compared to other libraries I've visited.
