I have been living in Mill Creek for 5 years now, and I must say that the City of Mill Creek provides an average level of services. The parks are well-maintained, but more facilities need to be added for recreational purposes. The community events are decent, but they could use some improvement to make them more engaging for residents. Overall, it's an okay place to live.
