Bean Counter Bookkeeping & Payroll is an average company. Their services are satisfactory, but nothing remarkable. I have been using their services for a few months now and haven't had any major issues. The staff is friendly and professional, and they always respond quickly to my inquiries. However, there have been a few instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. Overall, I would say they are reliable, but there is definitely room for improvement.
